What Benefits Me To Apply For The Navy Military Reserves With A Masters Degree In Information Systems?

I want to join the Navy Military Reserves (not active Duty), after I finish my Masters Degree. Will I be entering with a higher rank? What are the benefits of applying for the Navy Military Reserves with a Masters degree in Information Systems? Is it worth it?
